The mission of CareStar Learning is to provide quality continuing and inservice education for nursing assistants, home health aides, personal care aides, patient care technicians and other unlicensed healthcare providers.
CareStar Learning has developed courses to meet the requirements of continuing and inservice education for Medicaid Service Providers, Home Health Agencies and Long Term Care Facilities.</
